ICT Support

Introduction

The E&I group is responsible for the information technology in the institute, i.e. all PC’s, network servers, printers, network infrastructure, etc. This includes purchase, installation, and maintenance of equipment and services, and a helpdesk for supporting users. Our institute hosts about 250 computer workstations and laptops for approximately 150 users.

We provide most services with in-house support, with additional services provided by SURFnet, NCF and SARA, and FOM.
