De Free Electron Maser (FEM) van Rijnhuizen is zo'n 8 jaar geleden ontmanteld. Wat is er gebeurd met
grootste componenten: de vacuumvaten? Het heeft een tijdje geduurd, maar sinds kort heeft FEM een
tweede leven in de Maarseveense plassen. Als onderwaterhuis.
