Matthijs van Berkel, Jesse Koenders and Artur Perek have written an article on MANTIS in Mikroniek, the magazine for precision engineering. MANTIS is the camera system developed at DIFFER. It shows in a tokamak how the plasma behaves near the exhaust. The camera images can be used to control the plasma. As a result, the reactor wall lasts longer. The article is written in readable English, counts six pages and contains nice pictures and graphs.
