Abstract

The photoconductivity of a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) has been measured under intense, polarised THz radiation. Cyclotron resonance is evident to high temperature and yields a large effective mass, which increases with radiation intensity. No shift in the magneto-phonon resonance fields is observed attributable to the radiation. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
