Manuscript submissions:
As in previous conferences, a special edition of Journal of Fusion Energy (JoFE) will be dedicated to papers from this conference. The paper submission will follow normal procedures to submit to JoFE, and during the submission process the link to the special edition will be indicated. All manuscripts are subject to the journal’s standard Open Access Publication Charges (OAPCs). No reduced rates for conference proceedings apply. Authors are encouraged to verify whether institutional or national agreements with Springer Nature provide OAPC coverage or discounted conditions.
There is no formal page limit for manuscripts. However, authors are expected to ensure that the scope and length of the submitted manuscript are consistent with the scope and level of detail of the corresponding conference presentation or poster. The editors reserve the right to recommend reductions in length where a manuscript is deemed disproportionate in scope.
The submissions open 21-09-2026 and close 30-11-2026.
For oral presenters:
Orals are split into invited, regular oral and short oral presentations. The timings for these are as follows:
