Located at the former gasworks of Eindhoven, Fifth NRE combines post-industrial chic with modern Eindhoven culture. We will enjoy a delicious 3 course dinner with live entertainment to celebrate a valuable and exciting conference week.

Van Gogh museum and tour, Nuenen
Vincent van Gogh lived for only two years in Nuenen, from 1883 to 1885, but still produced a quarter of his total oeuvre in this period. At the Van Gogh Village Museum in Nuenen you can learn more about his life, the importance of his time in Brabant and how it shaped his style, and the origins of his first masterpiece (the Potato Eaters). Enjoy the museum then explore beautiful Nuenen via a guided tour where you tread in van Gogh's footsteps, seeing the places where he lived, worked and was inspired as if you are walking through a living painting.
Boat tour of the Binnendieze, Den Bosch
Enjoy the sights of beautiful Den Bosch, provincial capital of Noord Brabant, and a classic old-style Dutch city. Famed for its waterways, the Binnendieze, which nearly disappeared in the 20th century but have been restored and preserved. Experience a guided boat tour through these canals which run among and under the houses and learn more about the history of this medieval city. Enjoy a famous Bossche bol, traditional to the city. There is also free time before the return to Eindhoven where you can explore the cities sights such as the Hieronymus Bosch Art Centre, Noordbrabants Museum or Sint-Jan Cathedral, or soak up some autumn sun on one of Den Bosch’s many café-lined squares.
